About Me

I am a psychedelic integration coach, therapist, and yoga therapist with over 14 years of experience helping individuals heal from trauma, grow personally and professionally, and create a life they love. I am a wounded healer, someone who has walked the path of healing my own wounds and embraced my shadows. My journey has led me from survival to functionality to thriving, and I want to help you find that same path for yourself. I believe that we all have darkness within us, and that it is not something to be feared but embraced. My work is about helping you to move through your darkness, find the strength and compassion within yourself, and emerge into the light. I am a stable, accepting, and genuine guide who will walk with you every step of the way. My credentials include a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling, Yoga Teacher certification, and Reiki Master certification. She has also completed a PsyD and Yoga Therapy certification. I have lived abroad for over 8 years, working as an international school counselor and a coach and therapist for international professionals. I am passionate about helping others heal and thrive, and committed to providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore your darkness and find your way back to the light.
