Caitriona shares Dan Siegel’s Wheel of Awareness meditation practice from the perspective of full embodied movement. Caitríona will first invite us to participate in a practical 10-minute introduction to embodied mindful movement practice. Through the use of a recorded session of Open Floor Mindful Movement Practice, she will explore how we can bring full embodied movement to Daniel Siegel’s Wheel of Awareness. She will explain how we can experience being present, vibrant, and embodied with awareness through physically moving our bodies.

In Part two she will be joined by some of her students and colleagues to speak about her new body of work Embodied presence/Embodied brain where she combines mindful movement and Interpersonal Neurobiology to bring about embodied transformation of old patterns of behavior.

Caitríona is a delightful presenter with great experience. She brings a very practical down to earth approach to her work.
