Lynda Klau, Ph.D. is the founder and director of LIFE UNLIMITED: THE CENTER FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT. With over three decades of training and experience, she works as an integrative psychotherapist, coach, speaker, and consultant/holistic business strategist. Her unique approach draws from a formidable toolbox of cutting-edge modalities: communication and relationship skills, well-being, self-care, mindfulness meditation, mindful breathing, the present moment, the foundational neuroscience tools of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) the mind, relationships, and the embodied brain.
