About Me

I'm a leader of two organisations aimed at delivering high quality, solution focussed psychological services to organisations (across sectors) aimed at the wellbeing and high performance of their people. Our services include on site organisational trauma interventions from post incident to recovery, specialist trauma therapies such as EMDR and trauma focussed CBT, consultancy, solution focussed counselling, mediation, stress management training, mental health and wellbeing workshops, Psychological First Aid training, Assertiveness Workshops and Integrative Management Training. Our services are based on IPNB principles; we work with the intention of supporting the whole organisational system to recover, heal, improve and transform. In addition we deliver Executive and Team Coaching based on IPNB, a Systemic approach, working with Unconscious Dynamics and the presenting past and how they Influence the workplace. Our philosophy is to be client centred, we value qualitative long term client relationships over short term quantitative relationships. We believe the development of deep trusting relationships over time is the best way to facilitate clients achieving the change and transformation they desire. We work nationally in the UK e.g. with the UK Coast Guard Search and Rescue Helicopter service provided by Bristow Helicopters, the UK Civil Service, Corporate sectors e.g. Finance and Banking and Charitable Sectors e.g. MacIntyre Social Care and Education of young people with special needs. We work Internationally in the Construction Industry, the Creative Media sector, Trauma Focussed Oil, Gas and SAR support e.g. recently in Oman with TOCO. Most of our client work is face to face and on site; we work with Skype and FaceTime where necessary.
