About Me

I live in Canada and love Neuropsychotherapy. I speak French and English. I've been supervised by Dr Louis Cozolino, PhD from Los Angeles, and had lessons by Pieter Roussow who is neuropsychotherapist, PhD from Australia. I've been helping people for more than 25 years. Mostly humanistic approaches, combined nom with neurosciences. I'm getting more and more involved in Presentations talking about links between brain and day-to-day living, particularly stress-anxiety issues. I use biofeedback sometimes , mostly HRV Heart Rate Variability Coherence software-hardware material. I love to learn new stuff and Interpersonal Neurosciences are among them.
