I am an Educational Therapist and Life Coach working with young adults, children and their parents. Together, we build a strong, trusting relationship and practice ways to calm the nervous system so our best learning can take place. Educational Therapists specialize in understanding how an individual's unique emotional, neurological, and academic profile impacts the ability to learn. My practice integrates Interpersonal Neurobiology and restorative mindfulness practices to support neurodiverse individuals through the lifespan.
