About Me

Therapeutically, I practice a a solution-focused style of positive, strengths-based work. I have incorporated an integrated blending of traditional and alternatives practices, and my clients tell me that they appreciate my practical and interactive style of helpful caring. I'm convinced that a supportive and positive environment helps the individual overcome both current challenges and long-standing behavioral or cognitive patterns. Interpersonal neural biology offers a framework for understanding many of the roots of an individual's challenges. I've been honored to present at local and state professional conferences and to the general public on topics ranging: navigating career transitions; telemental health abd cybercounseling; applying new developments in neuroscience; working with pharmacologists and psychiatrists; and many more  I work in a cooperative community practice (www.Rock Springs.biz) in Atlanta, GA where I currently serve as the Executive Director. I am a past President of the Georgia Career Development Association. Prior to returning to school and founding this practice, I spent over 25 years in business management, working with large non-profits.
