About Me
I believe feeling "felt with" is the soul food that allows us to relax into our true selves. Sometimes simply talking and feeling understood is enough to soothe the raw edges and feel restored. Other times people crave a deeper level of healing - That is when whole-person methods like art, guided imagery, sand tray, and psychodrama can help people touch the core of their being and emerge in transformative and refreshing ways.
