About Me

Over 35 years experience practicing individual and couples psychotherapy with adults.  I love my work.  I am open to new information and continually study new approaches to update the skills and the foundations of my work.  I work very interactively.  I have practiced mindfulness meditation for the last 9 years and it has added immensely to my work and my life.  I practiced psychodynamic psychotherapy for 25 years, then added EMDR, then added affective neuroscience, IPNB, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.  I view each client as an individual who requires a tailor-made application of therapy to suit their particular needs and desires. When appropriate my therapy dog works with me.
