About Me

Dr. DiNoble earned her B.S. in Psychobiology and Neuroscience from UCLA in 2002. Her studies in psychobiology and neuroscience served as the foundation for her study in the field of psychology. At UCLA, she gained a variety of research experience in laboratories. This experience included studying physiological aspects of neurodegenerative diseases in the brain and psychological aspects of anxiety in children. She then completed her graduate studies earning a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. During her graduate studies, Dr. DiNoble studied interpersonal neurobiology with Daniel Siegel, M.D. She found this field of study to be a perfect fit for her as interpersonal neurobiology marries psychology, neuroscience, and physiology. Her studies with Dr. Siegel inspired her dissertation “Examining the Relationship Between Mindfulness Traits and Adult Attachment Traits.” Dr. DiNoble’s clinical training includes work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and groups. She is certified as a couples and sex therapist by AACAST. In addition, Dr. DiNoble completed her post-doctoral fellowship in psycho-educational diagnostic evaluation at the Reiss-Davis Child Study Center. Evaluations include a comprehensive assessment of learning disorders, psychological testing, attention deficit disorder, neuropsychological assessment, academic achievement and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Dr. DiNoble has also completed certification courses in anxiety disorders, trauma and perinatal mental health. Currently, Dr. DiNoble provides individual, couples and group therapy for adults and adolescents. She approaches therapy from a mindful and integrative perspective that emphasizes connection between the mind, body and relationships. She believes that her role as a therapist is to help people make connections and achieve wellness in their lives. Dr. DiNoble works primarily in her private practice and serves as the research director for AACAST (American Association for Couples and Sex Therapists), is an Advisory Board Member for Lifespan Learning Institute and a staff member at The Center for Connection.
