Mandy lives in Vancouver, Canada, where she founded Holding Space Psychotherapy; a private practice which focusses on the needs of adults, couples, and therapists. Her practice is informed by a relational and embodied approach that is supported by current research in Interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory. She serves on the board of directors for the Global Association for Interpersonal Neurobiology Studies. As a mother, partner, therapist and trauma survivor, Mandy devotes her energy to nurturing wholeness, authenticity, and connectedness in relationships.
