Course description:
When you join The Healing Power of Relationships Summit, you will:
Learn how to cultivate “relational mindfulness” as a way to directly unlearn your embodied, relational trauma (that usually shows up as negative relationship triggers) and have better tools in place to receive and give more loving, authentic connection.
Reconnect with and begin to form a more healing relationship with yourself that empowers you to release your knee-jerk, maladaptive responses, and show up as the more loving, conscious presence you strive to be in your relationships.
Start mapping out an action plan to transform your relationships for the better by learning proven relational skills and wisdom in order to create more harmony, balance and repair in your connections especially when conflicts arise.
Shift your perspective towards consciousness and evolution in all aspects of your life. Instead of living in fear and having the need for power and control, you will learn how to create more collaboration, empathy and resilience in your relationships.
… And more.

Daily Summit Agenda:
Day 1: Unpacking your trauma: Understanding ourselves is one of the most important things we can do for our relationships. Our wounds from past trauma may not necessarily manifest in the present, but it is our adaptation to these wounds that can directly impact our connections with loved ones today.
For the first day of the summit, we’ll be diving deep into the neurobiology of trauma: how our subcortical limbic system plays a role in our reactive, self-defeating patterns, and how our pre-frontal cortex can help us make more conscious, thoughtful choices in our relationships.
Day 2: Reconnect with yourself: With a clearer baseline of some of our core emotional wounds, we can begin the process of forming a more intimate and compassionate relationship with ourselves especially our most vulnerable and immature parts, in order to help them reintegrate and heal.
For the second day of the summit, we’ll be learning how to shift from our trauma-triggered, limbic-system, adaptive Inner Child to our present-based, pre-frontal-cortex, wise Adult Self as a way to reclaim our power within, with our partners, and in our relationships as a whole.
Day 3: Transform with your partner: Science teaches us that we are not alone. The idea of a freestanding individual is a myth. In truth, we humans thrive by co-regulating one another’s nervous systems. This is why sharpening our relational skills is paramount to navigating relationship conflicts effectively.
For the third day of the summit, we’ll begin mapping out your path towards transforming your relationship. You’ll be receiving some of the most well-researched ideas that can help you cultivate more harmony and repair in order to start turning your ideal relationship into reality.
Day 4: The evolution of relationships: Zooming out to the cultural landscape is essential to understanding the dynamic of your own relationship, and that of your loved ones. From creating deeper intimacy with yourself and your partner, you can then expand that connection to the world around you.
For the last day of the summit, we’ll be discussing the evolution of relationships when it comes to our sexuality, our spirituality, and with nature. This last day is how all of us can shift our collective paradigm from power and control in society, to collaboration and equity for all.
