About Me

I am a psychotherapist specializing in trauma and attachment issues, with an emphasis on the impact of child trauma and how it lives in the body and nervous system of individuals, and in family and organizational systems. I also have specialized in parenting and child caregiving issues, and have been formed by the Circle of Security, the ARC model, and the Trust-Based Relational Intervention from TCU's Center on Child Development, among others. I also practice EMDR and synthesize various trauma treatments with adults and children that are mindful of the integration of mind/thoughts, body/movement, and emotional circuitry.
