About Me

For some of us, finding fulfilling and deep connections with others can feel like the hardest thing in the world. I am passionate about helping people who are struggling with loneliness and other types of emotional pain. I provide consistent encouragement, support, and a therapeutic plan that is individually tailored to meet your needs. I believe that this approach will lead to personal growth, improved well-being, and an opportunity to reconnect with friends, family, and intimate partners. I specialize in working with people that have a history of trauma, depression, and/or intimate relational issues. My therapeutic approach is an integration of Attachment Oriented Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Gottman Couples Therapy.
