Deborah Armstrong has been licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in Play & Expressive Arts Therapies for over thirty years. She is a Past-President of the California & South Carolina Associations for Play Therapy; is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapists; & has served on the Board of Directors for the International Association for the Study of Dreams. Deborah serves as Coordinator of the Expressive Arts Therapy Concentration at Goddard College; is on the faculty of the Creative Arts Institute in Beijing, China, where she teaches Dreamwork & Expressive Arts Practices to Dance Therapists; & she also serves on the Faculty/Board of Directors at Sky Mountain Institute, the Co-Sponsor of trainings at the Mindgarden Centre.
