About Me

What informs my practice is the belief that everyone has the innate power to recover from trauma, overcome adversity, and learn to thrive in new circumstances. I practice a client-centered, attachment-based combination of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy, supported by Interpersonal Neurobiology, Mindfulness, Meditation, and other techniques as appropriate to the needs of individual clients. My counseling approach incorporates the latest research from brain science, social psychology, and related fields with a variety of effective therapy tools and methods to empower you to accomplish the goals you are working to achieve.
